In-Stock Products

  • Orders for in-stock products will be processed and shipped within 1-5 business days after the order is placed.
  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, allowing you to monitor the status of your delivery.

• Delivery Times:

  • Delivery times for in-stock products may vary depending on your location and the courier company's schedule. While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, please note that the responsibility for delivery time belongs to the courier company.

Pre-Order Products

• Processing Time:

  • For pre-order products, please allow 2-4 weeks for processing and fulfillment after the order is placed.
  • Once your pre-order item is ready to ship, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

• Delivery Times:

  • Delivery times for pre-order products may vary depending on production schedules and shipping logistics. We will do our best to keep you informed of any delays and provide updates on your order status.

Combined Orders

• If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, please note that we will ship all items together once the pre-order item becomes available. If you wish to receive your in-stock items earlier, please place separate orders.

Shipping Fees

• Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your order, as well as your shipping address.
• The shipping fee will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

International Shipping

• Availability:

  • We offer international shipping to the following EU countries: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Sweden, Switzerland
  • We also ship to the United Kingdom.

• Processing Time:

  • All international orders are processed and shipped within 2-10 business days.

• Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

  • Standard International Shipping (7-14 business days): 75 RON (approximately 15 EUR). This fee will be charged in the local currency of the customer based on the current exchange rate.
  • Delivery times may vary due to customs processing.

• Custom fees

• • Orders outside EU may be subject to import duties and customs fees upon delivery. These fees are collected by your local governments and agencies. For specific information, we recommend contacting your local customs office.
  • Responsibility for Fees: Please note that you will be responsible for customs duties and fees when receiving or returning products. Unfortunately, we are unable to cover or refund these costs, as these are out of our control.

• While we strive to provide accurate delivery estimates and work with reputable courier companies, we cannot guarantee delivery times, as they may be affected by unforeseen circumstances such as weather delays or logistical issues beyond our control.
